This includes the project design, fabrication and installation methods for all our products, the financial, organisational, logistical and manpower resources needed to bring the manufactured goods to the marketplace, and to meet the quality of operations that projects demand.

We have safety awareness audits by Constructionline and Chas organisations. This is an-going process that independently monitors our stability, working processes and Health & Safety procedures on an annual basis.
This provides buyers with access to ‘pre-qualified’, accredited suppliers to add to their supply chain, saving them the time/cost involved in lengthy pre-qualification of each and every prospective supplier.
All our products are manufactured on-site at our Kidderminster facility under strict quality control conditions. The health, safety and welfare of our production staff are a top priority and we are committed to on-going staff training and skills development.
Our manufactured products are fitted on-site by our own long-term employees, not by sub-contracted installers, as is very often the case. On-site installations can often include working at height alongside other trades in what can sometimes be a potentially hazardous environment. All Charter Commercial site foremen and project managers are trained in essential health and safety and maintain a safe and structured working environment.
